At Scryxellzim, we take pride in creating high-quality handmade gifts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that because our products are handmade, each item is unique. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photographs, but slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are natural characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.

2. Custom and Personalized Items

Custom-made and personalized items are created specifically for you based on your specifications and preferences. Due to their unique nature, custom and personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Before we begin work on your custom order, we will provide you with design details and specifications for your approval. Once you approve the design and we begin production, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect and package all items before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will review your claim and, if approved, will offer a replacement item at no additional cost, a full refund including original shipping costs, or a partial refund if you choose to keep the item.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at assist@scryxellzim.world or call +1 888-365-8887 within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order details and the reason for the return. If applicable, include photographs of any damage or defects. We will review your return request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Carefully package the item in its original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials that came with the item. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, damage, or a defective item. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution processing time, which may take an additional 5-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if there is a price difference. To exchange an item, you must first return the original item following our return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: custom-made or personalized items unless damaged or defective, items marked as final sale or clearance, gift cards or certificates, items returned without prior authorization, items returned after the 30-day return window, items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer, and items returned without original packaging or in unsellable condition.
